I’m 57 and like to keep fit. I work out at home and train/instruct Karate 4 times a week. I was starting to run on empty and no matter what I ate or drank I was getting exhausted both physically and mentally before I even started to train. Tbh I thought these were gonna be kinda gimmicky like most beauty gummies are, but I actually like them more than I expected. The strawberry taste is good, not that weird vitamin taste, so I’ve been taking them pretty much every day. I’m usually bad with supplements so that’s already a win lol.
